Currently working as a consultant helping clients, create and manage great experiences over multi-channels. Her expertise range from research, analytics, product requirment, usability, interface design, design strategy, and overall customer experience. Zayera has product, project management, interaction design and usability experience in the areas of the Web, IPTV, and mobile interfaces. She has conducted research in the fields of eLearning and human-robot interaction. Zayera has a master's in interaction design from Malmö University, Sweden, and a bachelor's degree in cognitive science from the University of Skövde, Sweden.
