Yves is a well known thought leader in the agile community. He has been a developer since 1996. He works on projects where he can inspire teams. Being a communicator with a keen interest in group dynamics he helps these teams to learn to deliver projects the agile way. Combined with his interest in Systems Thinking and group dynamics, Yves is a popular presenter at Agile conferences world-wide.

In the Agile community we focus a lot on techniques and methodologies that help us to do Agile. Yet we all know people who do Agile by the book and who are not Agile. Yes, people can do Agile and still not be Agile. A lot of people struggle with what does it mean to truly BE Agile?

Come to Yves' talk if you want to hear how he IS Agile and what he believes the Agile Mindset is. Yves will share his thoughts on the Agile Mindset and share his Agile experiences and lessons learned with teams and companies in relation to the Agile Mindset. Yves will share why a self-organizing team is important and how Shared Vision is the key to high performing teams.
