Spotify’s Architecture
Spotify provides millions of users instant access to stream 15 million
tracks. Working at this scale poses many interesting technical
challenges. How would you stream music with below 300 ms latency,
while not trashing yours and everyone else’s network? Or keeping
hundred of millions of playlists in sync? In this talk we will cover
how Spotify works under the hood and how we mix technologies and
languages to truly scale music.
