He recently got widespread, international attention for his suggestion to redesign the browser window, where he presented mock ups of a new design for Safari.

UX research in the future - a strategic tool in the board rooms
Today we generally work with UX related issues within a separate project, aiming to create better products and services. We see however, that this area is one of increasing importance for strategic decisions in the board rooms, above project level.
In this seminar we will talk about how user research and the insights that follow can be used as a catalyst for innovation and design in specific projects, but even more important, as the foundation for identifying new strategic possibilities for the organisation as a whole, through a deep understanding of the customers and their reality.
