Björn has +20 years of experience working with industrial, military, finance and eCommerce systems. His specialty is architecture, modeling, design, test and build automation on the Java EE platform.

Grails 2.0 also provides some previously missing key features, to keep up with the Ruby on Rails competition: HTML5-based scaffolding, database migrations, support for NoSQL databases and one-click cloud deployment. And just as before, it still integrates seamlessly with all your existing JavaEE assets.
In this talk, Björn demonstrates some of the exiting features of Grails 2.0, and shows how Grails can be efficiently added to your existing JavaEE environment to really boost your productivity.
