Tips for creating a self-organizing team
In the agile world we keep talking about self-organizing teams. There is also the idea that self-organizing teams are self-created. In this presentation I show my ideas on how you can actually help a team to become self-organizing.
Objective(s) of the session: I want participants understand after this session how they can help a team to become self-organizing.
