Mats Lidström
Jag heter Mats Lidström, är 45 år och har jobbat med systemutveckling i drygt 22 år. Jag har jobbat i flera internationella projekt, både med programmering och konstruktionsledning.
I detta projekt har jag lagt IT strategin, varit ledande i datamodellering och den övergripande tekniska applikationslösningen.
Jag har rollen som Chief Architect i projektet vilket bedrivs i Stockholm, med svenska utvecklare och med övriga resurser från svenska STIM/CEE och engelska PRS for Music.
Jag är nu anställd i CEE Services AB, som är ett av Stim helägt Back Office bolag, men i detta bolag jobbar jag på heltid för det nya bolaget ICE Services AB.

Power i, modern ILE RPG and PHP - the obvious choice for our new application!
A centralized system to handle the documentation of Musical Work copyright information is being created. The project collaborators are Swedish Stim and English PRS for Music.
The system must be able to handle large quantities of data and be integrated with many external systems. I am going to show why we chose "Power i" as our platform, and how we, with help from RDI, ILE and embedded SQL, built our application. The user interface is built using PHP and MySQL, with inspiration and components from the open source world.
