Annika has worked in software testing for over 10 years specialising in the area of test management and methodologies. During the first years in her testing career she defined test strategies for safety-critical medical systems and was responsible for the global test process.. After a few years she moved on to other sectors as a test consultant.
In 2007 she became a quality assurance manager, and introduced and deployed agile testing into her test organisation. She joined IBM as a senior test consultant in 2008 and her primary role today is to support customers in test methodologies, test process improvements and test tool investments. She is also mentoring test managers, both internally at IBM and customers and she is a frequent speaker at testing conferences and seminars
